kasper's creative, media, production and research associates are based primarily in Greensboro, North Carolina. But some are based in Charlotte, Austin, Houston, New York and Los Angeles. Our network offers the brightest talent and all the client confidentiality and exclusivity protections of a traditional agency, with nearly none of the overhead.
In his 20-plus year career Dan has driven successful communications programs for a variety of consumer and business-to-business clients. He has directed consumer advertising, relationship marketing, public relations and sales promotion for Texaco, Safeway, H-E-B Food & Drug, BFGoodrich and Quaker State.
Dan has also brought his creative and insightful approach to business-to-business clients including Novartis Animal Health, Owens Corning, Dow U.S.A., Browning-Ferris Industries, AirBP, Brown & Root and divisions of Texaco including Texaco Aviation, Truck Stops and Marine Fuels.
A strategic thinker with strong skills in market analysis, problem detection and product positioning, Dan is adept at developing distinctive brand strategies and translating them into actionable programs.
Dan received a B.B.A. in Management with a communications focus from Western Michigan University and lives in Greensboro, North Carolina with his wife and two children. He holds a Private Pilot License and spends time away from the office working with the American Red Cross Disaster Services team.
Laura has developed and launched major brands and integrated campaigns for more than 20 years, including the international launch of Eclipse Aviation—a category creator for Very Light Jets.
Not only is she well versed in BtoB marketing, having been the Creative Director for one of the nation's largest independently held BtoB agencies—with offices in Cincinnati, Chicago and Denver, Laura also has a wealth of experience in BtoC. She has created successful campaigns for well-known brands such as Tide, McKee Foods' Little Debbie Snack Cakes, Comcast and Planters/Lifesavers.
Laura has the rare ability to drive creative excellence while still embracing critical client strategies and needs.
Her work has garnered attention for its success by being bestowed some of the highest industry honors, including a Cannes Gold Media Lion. This award is only given to campaigns that excel at and highlight highly integrated, results-driven media and creative. She was also part of a team that won a Grand CEBA award in 2007, the most prestigious award in business-to-business marketing.
Laura's strategic, copywriting and creative direction background has given her equal opportunity to work across all media platforms including traditional print and broadcast, as well as interactive and non-traditional/guerilla marketing.

Jordan has spent over a decade designing and developing web sites and applications - creating Web 2.0 sites before there was a Web 2.0. He focuses on clean, crisp design styles combined with accessible and usable interfaces that can reach the most diverse of audiences.
In addition to his work, Jordan spends much time instructing others in some of these technologies through various conferences and community training programs. He also spends much of his time at professional conferences, making sure that new technologies are incorporated appropriately into his projects.
Jordan holds a degree in Linguistics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin adding to his diverse background.
